Conditions governing access to and use of the Rolarain platform for industrial irrigation management.
Rolarain offers a technical platform for configuring pivot irrigation systems, calculating water savings, and requesting industrial components. Access is exclusively intended for companies in the agro-industrial sector in Argentina.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information about their facilities and water consumption. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for notifying any unauthorized use.
Rolarain is not liable for damages arising from improper use of irrigation systems configured through the platform, nor for crop losses attributable to unforeseen weather conditions or failures in the client's infrastructure.
All content, software, and technical documentation of the platform are the property of Rolarain. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the materials is prohibited without express written consent.
Water consumption and irrigation configuration data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Rolarain will not share sensitive information with third parties without the client's authorization, except as required by law.
Rolarain reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
The client may request the cancellation of their account at any time by written communication to info@rolarain.com. Rolarain may suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these conditions, upon prior notice.
